2014 national restaurant awards branding for LifeStyle Food and Foxtel
People already love to talk about great restaurants, and the I Love Food Awards is just the right forum for them to do that. So to express that idea, I wanted to create a language of great food – but I didn't have to look too far as it already exists. The first bite, instantaneous, appreciative reaction says it all. Thats' what this campaign is all about, it's quite literally the word of mouth.

River Cottage is an established brand in the United Kingdom. Initially launched as a TV show, the brand soon grew into cookbooks and cooking schools, before fast becoming a rallying point for the self-sufficient / 'grown your own' community. Identifying that all this grew from the simple idea of life change, the launch campaign highlighted the difficulties and challenges of planting this idealistic thought in Australian soil.

A campaign designed to promote Foxtel's functionality whilst also utilizing on-air talent. Jumping on the chance to shoot with the Deadliest Catch Captains whilst they toured Australia, we rented a Sydney Harbour tug boat and decked it out to appear as two Bering Sea fishing boats - we simply shot in two directions with each side remodeled as different wheelhouses. The exteriors are pinched / borrowed from the show.
